HELLO WORLD!

Okay I have joined twitter pretty long ago but I didn't really use it cuz:

1) They don't support Singapore users
2) I have to send a message to the UK in order to get whatever published
3) No one really uses it

Basically, twitter is microblogging. It's you updating your twitter feed through little blog entries of 140 characters or less. You can update it from a variety of programs, the website itself, or sms! What makes it fun is that you can sms from your phone anywhere and it'll appear in your feed. It's so versatile you can also post your feed in your blog (above above!)

And why I'm using twitter again is because... I don't have to send an sms to the UK anymore to update it! I can sms to an sg no. and it'll update from there.

So jump on the bandwagon. This is what you need to do:

1) Register a twitter account.
2) Send an sms "twitter register" to 92721192 (Singapore no.)
3) You will receive a reply asking for your twitter email. Send it back.
4) Another reply requesting your twitter password. Send it back.
5) Now you're all set! Text "twitter update " to 92721192 and it'll appear on your twitter feed!

You can configure your twitter feed to be linked to your facebook profile too. So sending the sms will also update your fb status. The publishing platform for twitter is really versatile.
